Normia has over 17 years of marketing and account management experience in both the Entertainment and Financial Services industries at companies like Showtime Networks, DIRECTV, Intuit Payments Solutions, Green Dot and now ADP. She has deep experience in omni-channel B2B and B2C acquisition, loyalty marketing and retention program management to increase ARPU from current customers in her most recent roles.
She now leads the B2C marketing for ADP’s Wage Payments Business Unit and is helping to shape a more customer-centric cardholder experience. Her mission is to attract, keep, and engage ALINE Cardholders.
