Noemie Tilghman

Noemie specializes in leading multi-functional, global business service (GBS) strategy and operating model design programs which drive large-scale cost reduction, process efficiency and effectiveness improvements. She is also the global Deloitte leader for a number of Global Business Services initiatives including the 2015 Global Shared Services/GBS Survey as well as the go-to-market champion for
Deloitte’s proprietary and highly innovative service delivery transformation analytics tool – SDT VDX™.

Noemie’s experience includes service delivery strategic assessments through implementation across functions including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Commercial, Communications, Legal, and R&D. A number of these transformations were driven by M&A activity; using GBS as the speed-enablement platform for highly-dispersed global companies.

Noemie has served as the program manager and supported deployment and change management for a number of back-office transformations, guided the post-integration/separation of organizations using GBS as a growth platform, and developed the performance management tools such as SLAs and Balanced Scorecards, to sustain savings between consolidated functions and the business.
