Noel Stave

As Chief Operating Officer, Noel is responsible for numerous business line functions for RBC’s US clearing & custody business unit, including technology solutions, finance, reporting, product development, middle office, contracting, vendor management, training, data management and day to day business unit operations. He works closely with RBC global partners in Operations, Marketing, Technology, Global Wealth Services, Legal, Compliance and various other teams on business unit and broader enterprise initiatives.

Noel joined RBC in 2001 and has held several positions related to both the Correspondent Services and Advisor Services business channels over the intervening years.

Noel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and an MBA from the Opus School of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in software engineering at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota and attending the Securities Industry Institute program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He maintains Series 7, 24 and 99 licenses.
