Founder, Me Inc Help

Nigel Franklyn, CPA, CGMA is a senior finance and accounting leader with over 20 years of progressive experience across for-profit and nonprofit organizations. His background spans accounting operations, controllership, financial reporting, FP&A, and internal and external audit, with a consistent focus on sound judgment, execution, and building value-added finance functions at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Alongside his finance leadership career, Nigel explores the human side of execution—how leaders manage themselves, make decisions under pressure, and convert strategy into sustained results. He examines self-leadership and emotional intelligence as practical capabilities that support judgment, adaptability, and leadership effectiveness as expectations of finance leaders continue to expand.

Nigel is the founder of Me Inc. Help, a leadership and self-leadership practice, and a certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner. He is also the host of The Me Inc. Podcast and holds an MBA from the Cornell SC Johnson School of Business. He brings a lifelong performance mindset shaped as a two-time National Champion, five-time All-American track and field athlete, and a member of the Hunter College Athletic Hall of Fame, and remains an enthusiast of the lifelong exercise in problem-solving known as golf.
