Nicole Lovelock Esq.

Ms. Lovelock is a trial attorney that represents individuals and corporate clients in complex litigation matters. Ms. Lovelock’s experience not only covers the entire State of Nevada, but also includes a broad spectrum of litigation forums, including governmental agencies, arbitration and mediation, and state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Lovelock regularly advises clients engaged in high-stakes litigation. Whether being hired as replacement counsel to turn around a troubled lawsuit, or being sought out when a “bet the company” risk is at play, she excels when the pressure is on.

Ms. Lovelock is an active Children’s Attorney Project attorney whereby she represents abused and neglected children in the foster care system. The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada honored Ms. Lovelock for her contributions by selecting her the Pro Bono Volunteer of the Month in July of 2016.

Recent Litigation Highlights

  • As newly retained trial counsel, obtained a directed verdict for clients in a securities and shareholder action that sought in excess of $200 million from clients and resulted in a $167 million judgment against different defendants.
