Neil has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, which includes 9 years of experience in the private sector. His private industry experiences range from cashier to chief financial officer, however, his strengths are in both the operations and lending areas of community banks.
Neil performs as a partner on some of the firm’s largest bank external and internal audit and FDICIA engagements. Neil’s primary responsibility at CliftonLarsonAllen is to consult on business, accounting, and regulatory issues affecting financial institutions. He has extensive experience with merger and acquisition transactions, capital formation, and reorganizations and restructurings.
Neil has been instrumental in working with community banks in responding to regulatory actions, in addition to consulting on capital and liquidity plans and the adequacy of their loan loss reserves during the current banking crisis.
