She transitioned to TD Bank, where she held several Human Resources leadership roles, partnering with business leaders to launch newly created business segments, organizational restructuring, and building employee capabilities. Since then, it has been a steady ride upward, with Natalie holding higher managerial and directorial positions. Formally a Director of Human Resources at Travelers, an AVP of Human Resources at Voya Financial, and currently in the role of SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Liberty Bank.
