Her background includes 25+ years in multifunctional management, strategic planning, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, investor relations, intellectual property and systems implementation. Among Ms. Huber's professional accomplishments is the success of Western Multiplex Corporation, a wireless technology firm she helped to grow revenue for by 100% within two years. Additionally, she was instrumental in executing a successful IPO ahead of planned timing. Ms. Huber earned her bachelor's in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
