| Myriam is an experienced Director of Finance, specialising in Finance and operational transformation across a broad range of organisations in the public sector, financial services and internationally in a global blue-chip company. Myriam has a strong background in Finance and Business with extensive experience in governance, business strategy, mergers, acquisitions and operational transformation. Organisations where Myriam has led finance functions include Historic Scotland, Scottish Arts Council, HBOS and Hewlett Packard. While Myriam was born and educated in Ireland, her career has been based in the UK with assignments to Europe and the US. Since 2007, Myriam has held a number of voluntary leadership positions with CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. These include; chairing international policy committees, serving as a non-executive member of the Audit & Risk committee and governing Council of CIMA, and president of the Edinburgh and Lothians branch. |
