Mitch is a Partner in the Northeast International Tax Practice based in New York. Mitch has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting serving a diverse client base which includes Fortune 500 multinational corporations, closely-held corporations, real estate and investment partnerships. His experience includes consulting with US multinational corporations on tax-effective repatriation techniques, advising on both outbound and inbound cross-border transactions, international M&A, tax deferral structuring, foreign currency planning, as well as advising US publicly held corporations on tax reporting under ASC 740. Mitch is the Partner in charge of our International Tax Quantiative Consulting Practice.
Mitch is a frequent speaker on multinational tax topics including tax deferral techniques, foreign tax credit planning, foreign currenty issues and accounting for income taxes. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, Mitch was an international tax partner at a Big 4 Firm.
