Mitch Fane leads the US Oil & GAs Transactions Services practice and has over 25 years’ experience serving clients. is responsible for the financial analysis and fair market valuation of debt, equity securities, and intangible assets (both technical and non-technical assets) for closely-held and publicly traded companies, specializing in oil and gas and power and utilities. He has experience conducting and supervising assignments for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, fairness opinions, strategic alternative evaluation purposes, collateral purposes, stockholder disputes, purchase price allocations and impairment testing (ASC 805 and 350 – formerly SFAS 141 and 142), and tax planning.
Mitch received his bachelor of business administration and a masters of business administration from the University of North Florida. Mitch is a member of the CFA Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers.
