Mindy Ng CPA

Mindy Ng, CPA, is an audit senior manager at CohnReznick and is a member of CohnReznick's Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practice. She has over 10 years of public and private accounting experience related to the not-for-profit sector, including professional associations, foundations, social service organizations, and other not-for-profits with domestic and international operations. Mindy also has extensive experience in employee benefit plans and serving clients that are subject to the Uniform Guidance.

She is a highly regarded resource for technical education and training, both internally and through her volunteer roles at not-for-profit industry organizations. She contributes to CohnReznick's thought leadership program for not-for-profits. She is also involved with the Firm's diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts and co-leads the AAPI employee resource group.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, she worked at a minority-owned public accounting firm in New York, specializing in government contracts and not-for-profit audits.

Mindy graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. She is a member of the AICPA, an active Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee member at the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Financial Women's Association.
