Mike, CPA, is a tax partner with Ernst & Young, located in Tampa, Florida. He is the State and Local Tax Practice Leader for Florida and has served a variety of industries with emphasis in retail, distribution and manufacturing. He graduated from Tulane University with a J.D. in taxation,an M.B.A. in accounting and finance, and a B.S. in economics. Mr. Van Petten has over 25 years experience serving companies in all areas of State and Local tax with significant experience in income tax, credits and incentives and property tax. He is a member of the AICPA and the FICPA.
