Michelle DeSchryver

Michelle is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Michigan multistate tax practice and has over 12 years of multi-state tax experience. She is a subject matter expert for Deloitte in this area and has significant experience serving not-for-profit companies, including public and private foundations, universities, voluntary employment benefit associations, health care organizations, as well as, related taxable entities. Michelle specializes in state and local compliance, consulting and is responsible for state tax controversy resolution for non-for profit-entities, representing clients from the audit level, through administrative hearings,, as well as, at the Michigan Tax Tribunal. Michelle consults regularly with state administrative officials as to accurate and simplified reporting practices in various states.
