Michael is a Senior Managing Director in PwC CF. He has more than 25 years of domestic and cross-border transaction and advisory experience including mergers & acquisitions, capital sourcing, and debt restructuring.
Michael has also sourced, structured and negotiated recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and offerings of debt, mezzanine and equity (public and private) securities.
Prior to joining PwC CF in 1994, Michael was with the BDO Seidman Corporate Finance Group as an Associate. Before joining BDO, he was with The Northern Trust Company and American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago (JPMorgan Chase) as a Commercial Banking Officer.
Michael holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He served as the President of PwC CF from 2007 to 2010.
