Mike Horton serves as Financial Analyst for the Philadelphia Region of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). His main duties include the targeting of private pension and welfare plans for investigations into potential violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and providing modeling and support for complex cases involving financial service providers. Prior to joining EBSA, Mike worked 22 years in the financial services industry as a general securities principal and employee benefits consultant at Fidelity and Merrill Lynch, and as pension manager for the Dun and Bradstreet and Prudential qualified and non-qualified plans. Mike is also a graduate of West Point and served as an infantry and aviation officer in Central American conflicts.
