Melaney Partner
Melaney Partner was named director of EO Customer Education & Outreach in September 2011.
Prior to joining EO CE&O, she served on special assignment on the IRS task force implementing the Affordable Care Act of 2010. She has held a number of management positions in her career, including national outreach and liaison assignments in Small Business/Self-Employed.
Melaney joined the IRS in 1987 as a collection officer in Tampa-St. Petersburg, Florida. She holds a bachelors degree in business from Newberry College.
