Megan North

Megan North is President of Value-Based Care for Conifer Health Solutions. Ms. North has led Conifer Health’s Value-Based Care business unit, based in Encino, California, since its formation in 2012.

Ms. North manages a nationwide team of healthcare transformation experts who provide Clinical Integration, Population Health Management and Financial Risk Management for more than 300 organizations in 20 states; including Health systems, Independent Physician Associations, commercial and Medicare Accountable Care Organizations, self-funded employers, Taft-Hartley plans and federal/state employer plans.

Under her leadership, this fast growing business unit now manages more than four million lives and more than $17 billion in medically managed spend. Ms. North has 25 years of risk-based hospital and physician practice operational expertise, along with several notably recognized initiatives around healthcare reform. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in Massachusetts and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California.
