Before founding Healthcare Navigation, Carley served in executive positions both in the hospital and insurance industry. She is a former Regional Director of Kaiser Permanente, one of the nations largest HMOs. She began her career as an assistant administrator at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Carley received her Masters in Public Health from Yale University. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified health insurance consultant.
