Mr. Hayden is a Partner in Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (“Deloitte FAS”) where he specializes in the delivery of corporate financial advisory and valuation services. Mr. Hayden regularly determines the value of businesses, common and preferred equity and intangible assets. In addition, Mr. Hayden is retained to value financial derivatives and corporate debt. The purposes include financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, fairness opinions and litigation.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds an Accreditation in Business Valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ABV). Prior to joining Deloitte FAS, Mr. Hayden was a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP.
The focus of his practice is in financial services, specifically venture capital, private equity and hedge fund investments as well as early stage technology companies.
