Mark Gibbs is the Managing Partner of Redpath and Company. He has beenactively involved in firm leadership for the past decade, most recently serving onthe Board of Directors and as the Client Manager Team Leader. Mark has extensiveexperience in commercial audit services and has worked in the department since1986. In recent years, he has spent considerable time working on merger andacquisition due diligence on both the seller side and buyer side with his clients, aswell as with private equity firms. Mark earned his B.A., Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
