Mark R. Bostic is Vice President, Benefits Finance and Revenue Recognition, Enterprise Operations for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the Corporation’s Benefits Finance organization and the implementation of the new revenue recognition accounting standard across the corporation.
Previously, Mr. Bostic was Vice President, Accounting, for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Enterprise Operations. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the Corporation’s SEC financial reporting, accounting policies, Sarbanes-Oxley internal control program and benefits finance from February 2006 to March 2015.
He previously served as Director, Corporate Accounting, for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Enterprise Operations. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting and consolidation reporting from April 2001 to January 2006.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Bostic served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at COMSAT Corporation in Bethesda, MD, including Assistant Controller, with responsibilities for SEC financial reporting, accounting operations and financial planning, and previously, as a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche in Washington, DC.
Mr. Bostic graduated cum laude from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and from Loyola University Maryland with a Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Bostic is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland.
