Mark A. Blackburn

Mark leads LBMC's employee benefit plan audit practice and has more than 30 years of plan audit experience. His plans range in size from small privately-held businesses to publicly-traded companies with 11-k filings. His experience includes auditing defined contribution, defined benefit, employee stock ownership and health and welfare plans, including 103(a)(3)(C) audits. Mark has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Expert Panel.
