Mark Belfance, Denver Office Managing Partner. He brings an extensive background serving health providers, medical device, biopharma and public and private equity-backed organizations. Mark has proven leadership on complex Health and Life Science companies as well as development stage and initial product launch companies including expertise with registration statements, debt offerings, specialists’ interaction, acquisitions/divestitures, process improvement activities, internal controls over financial reporting and technical consultations. Mark is dedicated to working collaboratively with senior executives and audit committee members to address business issues. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Colorado Bioscience Association. Mark is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and leads the Denver office in advancing diversity and inclusiveness within the workplace.
