Margot Schwadron has been a senior risk expert in the Capital Policy Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) since 2007. She represents the OCC on the Basel Committee’s Working Group on Capital and on the interagency group that drafted the final rulemakings to implement Basel III. Ms. Schwadron joined the OCC in 1995 as a risk expert in the Capital Markets Division of the Chief National Bank Examiner’s office. She was a risk expert in the Treasury and Market Risk Division before joining the Capital Policy Division in 1998.
Ms. Schwadron received a master in business administration degree in finance from The Wharton School and a bachelor of science degree in economics and computer science from Tufts University.
