Ms. Burow also served as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International and Small Business & Self-Employed divisions. Ms. Burow received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
