Manohar L Kapoor

Manohar has broad FP&A and CFO experience with GE, Genworth Financial, Ocwen Financial and TIAA. Some key experiences include turnaround of specialist Mortgage Company to number one in its space as CFO, multiple strategic transactions including $360 million acquisition from inception to integration, building / integrating finance and FP&A teams to support business needs, building cost management discipline, etc. He is currently finance leader providing strategic support for Enterprise Technology, Nuveen Technology-Operations and Cybersecurity at TIAA. Manohar is married to Jaime Kapoor and they have one daughter Amaya (soon to be a three year old) and four pets. He enjoys spending as much spare time as possible with his non-work family.
