M. Howard Vigderman J.D.

Howard is a partner and chair of the Trusts and EStates Section at Montgomery McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP. Howard received a B.A. from Haverford College, a J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and and LL.M in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. He is past chair of the Legistative and Public Interest Committees of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and previously served on its Executive Committee. Howard currently serves on the Board of Martin's Run, a senior community in Media, Pennsylvania. Howard lectures regularly in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration and litigation concerning estates and trusts. Howard is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Tax Court
