Lisa has comprehensive knowledge of all areas of not-for-profit accounting including audit, regulation, accounting services, and consulting. She has a wealth of experience in performing CFO duties, developing accounting policies and procedures manuals, managing large finance and administration teams, finance and accounting system assessments, financial reporting and implementation of technical accounting standards. She also specializes in developing budget and forecast procedures that lead to organization wide budget-accountability and assisting Board members in reading and understanding financial statements.
