Lisa M. O'Neill currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lakeland Financial Corporation and Lake City Bank, headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. Lakeland Financial Corporation is a publicly traded (NASDAQ Global Select/LKFN) bank holding company with total assets of $6.6 billion and 53 offices located throughout Northern and Central Indiana.

Lisa joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2014. From 2007 through April 2014, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Bank First National Corporation (OTCQB: BFNC), headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. During this period, she resided in the village of Kohler, Wisconsin. From 1999 to 2006, she was a Managing Director and served as the Controller of PrivateBancorp, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.

O'Neill began her career in 1989 at Arthur Anderson and spent ten years working as an external auditor in their financial institution group practice in Chicago, Illinois. O'Neill was a Senior Manager at Arthur Anderson prior to joining PrivateBancorp.

O'Neill graduated in 1989 with honors from Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in Economics and French. She met her husband in college and he brought her to Chicago, Illinois following graduation. O'Neill earned a master's degree in Accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and completed her CPA certification that same year.

Lisa lives in Warsaw, Indiana with John O'Neill, her husband of 33 years. She has three children, ages 29, 27 and 19 years old. Lisa serves as the Treasurer of the K21 Health Foundation and is a board member of the Kosciusko County YMCA and the Goshen Health System. Lisa was born in Bogota, Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.
