Lisa A. D'Ambrosia

Lisa is an experienced transaction attorney who advises her clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, business planning, and private equity and financing transactions. Lisa works closely with her clients to advise and counsel them on the many aspects of their businesses. Prior to joining the M&B team, Lisa graduated cum laude with distinction from the University of the South, Sewanee in 1989 with a B.A. in Political Sciences. She continued her education in the M.B. A. program at the University of New Orleans. She graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1993 and earned her Legal Masters degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1994. A true believer in community involvement, Lisa has been an active member of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, serving as the current Chair of the Board of Directors, past chair of the Economic Development Group, and past chair of the Small Business Development Center. Lisa is currently serving with an innovative group of business owners to enhance STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) initiatives in Colorado schools to encourage collaboration with local businesses in the creation and development of our future workforce. In addition, she is involved with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and has been an active part of the CEO Exchange Program, acting as a group facilitator. Lisa is an active sponsor of many community and national charitable organizations including: Children’s Hospital, Janet’s Camp, Adam’s Camp, The Morgan Adams Foundation, The Leukemia Foundation, The March of Dimes, The American Liver Foundation and The National Kidney Foundation. Lisa is not only passionate about her work and the businesses and business owners, but also remains focused on her number one priority: her family. She is the mother of three wonderful girls who help ensure life never slows down. They remind her daily of the importance of the little things in life, the basic principles of life and work and that everything you need to know in life, you truly learn in Kindergarten. Lisa is a member of both the Colorado and the Denver Bar Associations.
