Linda Rabbitt is the founder, Chairman and CEO of rand* construction corporation, a national commercial construction company with an average annual volume of over $300 million.
Ms. Rabbitt is the founder and lead sponsor of OntheBoard, a GWU program designed to encourage female board membership. She was recently appointed as Leadership Foundation Director of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Leadership Foundation. Ms. Rabbitt is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Virginia, and the lead Director of the Independent Board of Directors of Towers Watson. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Economic Club of Washington, is a Trustee of George Washington University and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Most recently, Ms. Rabbitt was named “Most Admired CEO” in Construction by the Washington Business Journal. The publication also named her an “Outstanding Director” for her exceptional service and vital leadership to the Board at Towers Watson. This particular leadership role also earned her the honor of “Director of the Year” by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
