Linda Miller MPP

Deputy Executive Director at Pandemic Response Accountability Committee, Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency

Linda Miller is an expert in helping organizations identify and manage their risks to fraud. Linda is a former Olympian in the sport of rowing, a dynamic speaker and a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace.

She was appointed by the Chair of the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency to be the Deputy Director of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) in May 2020.

Prior to joining the PRAC, Linda led Grant Thornton LLP’s fraud risk mitigation practice for four years. Linda spent ten years at GAO before moving to Grant Thornton, where she led the development of GAO's Framework for Managing Fraud Risks in Federal Programs (GAO 15-593SP). This framework was codified in statute with the signing of the Fraud Reduction and Data Analytics Act which requires federal agencies to adhere to the leading practices contained within it.

Linda is a highly effective and skilled leader with experience managing change and motivating staff by fostering a positive, supportive environment and encouraging open dialogue.

Linda is a skilled and experienced public speaker and routinely speaks at conferences about fraud risk management and good governance.

An accomplished elite athlete, Linda competed at the Olympic Games in 2000 in the sport of rowing. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Washington University.
