Leah Sweet

Leah Sweet is a respected and accomplished technology and e-commerce industry leader. Ms. Sweet is a member of the Board of Directors of GoDaddy Inc., BMC Technologies and Versapay. She has held multiple executive level positions having served as a senior executive at PayPal, American Express, CA Technologies and the State of Arizona.

In her role as Senior Vice President at PayPal, her scope of responsibilities included oversight of product development and operations, transformation and strategy as well as product design and go to market impacting 200+ markets. Prior to PayPal, Ms. Sweet worked at CA Technologies, where she led the Customer Success organization for its top 100 customers. She also previously served as Deputy CIO of the State of Arizona and spent eleven years at American Express in various transformation and operational roles including product, technology, platform and security related roles.

Ms. Sweet has been a board member of the Arizona Technology Council. She holds a degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University and resides in Arizona with her husband, family and dogs where she is a lifelong student of science, history, and culture as well as an avid sports enthusiast.
