Laszlo Kalman is a Director of Finance in IBM Corporation, being responsible for Finance Skills and Talent Transformation.

Laszlo is an experienced and accomplished executive with a distinguished career at IBM spanning over 28 years. Throughout his illustrious career, he has built a broad experience in Finance internationally with working in 8 different locations across 6 countries and 3 continents. Laszlo is an expert in leading multi-cultural teams, boosting skills to meet local needs and to overcome challenges while applying global standards and best practices.

Prior to his current role, Laszlo has held various executive leadership positions, including serving as the CFO of the Software Automation unit and CFO of the Benelux region.

Laszlo earned a Master of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
