Lanie Mai is a certified public accountant and the Director of SEC at Ensign Services. As the Director of SEC, she oversees the SEC filings process and played a key role in the implementation of revenue recognition. Prior to joining Ensign, she spent seven years as a manager at EY, where her practice included providing audit services for public companies in the technology, media and entertainment, consumer products and restaurant industries. Ms. Mai holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
