Kristin Esposito is a Director - Tax Policy & Advocacy of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) in Washington, DC. In this role, she serves as the staff liaison to the Employee Benefits Tax Technical Resource Panel. Ms. Esposito works closely with the Technical Resource Panel to support the AICPA tax advocacy efforts through the development, review and submission to Congress, the Department of the Treasury, and the Internal Revenue Service of technical and policy recommendations. In addition, she formulates AICPA testimony for tax-related congressional hearings. Ms. Esposito obtained her B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In addition, she obtained her Masters of Science in Taxation from the Villanova School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Ms. Esposito has been quoted in several business and trade publications, including the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, The Washington Post, among others. Ms. Esposito is a frequent speaker at conferences and on webcasts.
