Kevin blends an educational background in communications, psychology, and social work to his role as the diversity, equity, and inclusion director with CLA. In this position, he operates as a strategic partner with leaders and the CLA family to design and execute employee engagement initiatives focused on building a culture where everyone has opportunity. Kevin leads the strategy for the DEI council, 250+ local DEI Ambassadors, and eight virtual belonging communities.
Prior to CLA, Kevin worked as a learning and development professional with JPMorganChase. He started his career as a social worker focusing on adults with disabilities. As an artist, Kevin is a storyteller who uses puppet theatre to engage the public around complex issues (housing, racism, power). He enjoys swimming, the cat, and hanging out with his boyfriend Zeus.
