Ken has 29 years of public accounting experience, 20 as a partner, primarily serving large extraction clients. Since April 2004, Ken has served as an Accounting Consulting Services Partner in PwC's National Office in Florham Park, New Jersey. Prior to that, Ken was an Energy Assurance Partner in Houston, Texas for over a decade.

In his current role, Ken consults with PwC's largest clients on their most complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues. Ken routinely interacts with the SEC, FASB and the national offices of the other accounting firms, and plays an active role in developing PwC's views and positions in regard to new standard setting affecting the extraction and utility industries. In addition to being one of PwC's accounting experts on extraction and utility issues, Ken has significant experience and knowledge in the areas of commodity based derivatives, foreign currency, earnings per share, business combinations, restructuring & impairments, and the statement of cash flows. In addition to his technical accounting consulting role, Ken also has recurring involvement with several large clients as their Technical Liaison Partner. In this role, Ken acts as an extended part of the engagement team and is responsible for leveraging the resources of PwC's National Office.
