Katy McDowell is Vice President of Controls and Reporting for The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. She is responsible for SEC reporting, Pillar 3 and stress test disclosures. Ms. McDowell joined PNC from E*TRADE Financial where she was in charge of SEC and regulatory reporting, accounting policy and corporate accounting. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche in McLean, VA and has over 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, including over 10 years in the financial services industry. Ms. McDowell is a CPA and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in accounting.
