Kate Kalmykov

Kate Kalmykov is a Shareholder in the Business Immigration & Compliance practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She focuses her practice on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program, with a decade of experience in the industry. She regularly works with developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments. She also counsels foreign nationals on obtaining greencards through individual or Regional Center EB-5 investments, as well as issues related to I-829 Removal of Conditions. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from American University. Kate also earned her M.A. in International Affairs and J.D. from American University.
