Karen Hsu

Karen Hsu (she/they) is the owner of HsuBox Consulting LLC, a Washington, DC life doula practice leading leaders and entrepreneurs to bring their future selves into the world with improved accountability, authenticity, performance, and fulfillment. She also consults on operational process analysis in highly regulated environments to address risk and serve issues.

Karen allows leaders to see and hear themselves clearly, to embrace their humanity, and discover order in the chaotic landscapes of mission-driven work. With professional and leadership experience in consulting, auditing, and operations across the pension and benefits industry, Karen is a master listener and compassionate truth-teller integrating business acumen, interpersonal intuition, and communication skills.

Karen is a graduate of Brandeis University (BA, American Studies) and The American University (MS, Taxation).
