Justin is a Management and Program Analyst in the IRS Office of Servicewide Policy, Directives and Electronic Resources (SPDER). SPDER sets the policy for and oversees the Service's Internal Management Document process relating to the Internal Revenue Manual, Policy Statements, Delegations of Authority, and Interim Guidance. He previously was a manager in the Wage and Investment Division and began his IRS career in 2007.
