Julius Green has nearly 30 years of experience working with exempt organizations and is the tax practice leader for the firm's northeast region. He provides consultation on tax compliance and consulting matters that impact the firm's not-for-profit, healthcare, senior living, higher education and membership organization, social clubs, and private foundation clients. He focuses on client issues such as merger transactions, due diligence, private inurement, deferred compensation, unrelated business income, obtaining and protecting exempt status, business income tax, sales and use tax, and employment tax issues. Julius has been with the firm since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Julius spent eleven years with two international firms and twelve years with two universities, one of which was an academic medical center.
