Julia is a Manager in Bridgespan's Boston office. She has significant experience in the fields of nonprofit finance, social entrepreneurship, and global development. Highlights from Julia's case work include:

  • Developing a 5-year strategic plan for one of the largest veteran-serving organizations in the U.S.;
  • Helping to secure $75M+ in philanthropic funding for an early-stage public health-focused nonprofit;
  • Supporting a consortium of large foundations to develop and implement changes to their grantmaking policies.

Prior to Bridgespan, Julia co-founded Uncharted Play, a social enterprise, and co-invented the company's flagship product, the SOCCKET: a portable generator in the form of a soccer ball. She also previously worked at the World Bank in the Africa Sustainable Development department, and at Innosight, a consulting firm for innovation strategy.

Julia graduated with her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors from Harvard College.
