Josh has over ten years of experience in international tax consultation with public and private corporations and partnerships. Josh focuses on the financial services and real estate industries, delivering value to foreign investors and consulting on structuring foreign investments. His experiences include from withholding tax, FIRPTA, effectively-connected income tax issues. Josh also has deep experience with U.S. treaty qualifications and U.S. permanent establishment issues.

Josh serves a variety of U.S.-based manufacturing and service companies with global footprints. Josh’s recent experiences include foreign tax credit planning, global royalty implementations, subpart F planning and international tax restructurings.
