Joe is a partner with more than 25 years of professional experience providing financial consulting services to some of the largest companies in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He has represented boards of directors, special committees of the board, executive management, the general counsel’s office, investors, and other interested parties in high profile commercial disputes, forensic accounting investigations, fraud and white collar defense matters.

Joe’s engagements have been conducted in response to formal and informal regulatory investigations, shareholder litigation, commercial disputes, and other legal proceedings, and at the request of management during the course of internal examinations.

Specifically, Joe has consulted with clients responding to whistle blower allegations relating to financial statement fraud, SEC, DOJ and state AG investigations, post acquisition purchase price disputes, royalty matters, unauthorized and illegal foreign and domestic disbursements, and court orders under deferred and non-prosecution agreements resulting from regulatory investigations.
