Jordan S. Bolton JD

Jordan S. Bolton is a Member (partner) in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group, a member of the Recruiting Committee, and Chair of the Summer Associate Program. He is resident in the firm’s Detroit office. Selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers every year since 2008, he was also profiled in a Crain’s Detroit Business article listing the busiest litigators in Michigan. Jordan has significant experience as outside general counsel in addition to his experience with a variety of fields of litigation, including articles 2, 3, 4, & 9 of the UCC, as well as business dissolution, collections, construction, consumer disputes, contracts, fraud, intellectual property, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate, right of celebrity, RICO, securities, torts, and warranties. Outside the office, Jordan takes an active role both within and outside the legal community. He is an active member of several committees of state and county bar organizations, including selection for service on the State Bar of Michigan’s United States Courts, and Character and Fitness Committees, service on the Board of Barristers of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and as a Barrister for the Oakland County Bar Association Inns of Court. A former collegiate hockey player, Jordan spends much of his free time playing in the Lawyers League of Hockey Detroit he founded and as a goalie coach.
