Joni Andrioff has over 30 years of experience in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation, including: Executive Compensation, including severance arrangements, employment and change in control agreements, nonqualified retirement plans under Code section 409A; and equity-based arrangements; Qualified Retirement Plans, including the design, administration, funding, correction, and termination of qualified retirement plans; review of vendor agreements with third party plan administrators, record keepers and other providers; fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transactions; plan distributions, participant loans, hardship withdrawals, and rollovers; Mergers and acquisitions with respect to benefits and executive compensation issues; and Multiemployer and multiple employer pension and welfare plan issues.
