Jonathan Morrison JD

Jonathan Morrison is President of Auto Advisory Services (AAS), a compliance consulting company providing California and federal legal expertise to dealers on automotive issues involving sales, finance, advertising service, and franchise laws. AAS provides a legal compliance hotline, advertising review services, training, compliance audits, and publications to dealer clients. AAS prides itself in understanding the manner in which the retail automotive industry operates, and providing technical legal compliance guidance in a manner that is understood by dealer personnel and can be implemented with minimal disruption. Jonathan speaks at numerous industry and government conferences throughout California and the United States. Prior to joining AAS, he served as Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and a registered lobbyist for the California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA), where he had worked since 2006. Jonathan was responsible for CNCDA’s legal, compliance, and regulatory operations, and was an architect behind many of CNCDA’s regulatory and legislative lobbying projects.
